This is a health coach program for those who are interested in working with me on a deeper, longer way. This is a 10 session package with 10 sessions with me as someone who can offer you wisdom insight, custom formulations, cook for you etc. This is a more hands on version of the remedy program with slightly longer sessions and more time together. We will target your health in major ways inspired from herbalism, somatic health, and clinical work. You will receive a full protocol that has exact step by step process to help you achieve your goals, understand root issue, and how to handle that in everyday life.
